Delivering Time:
In stock items - delivery takes between 7-14 days on average.
Out of stock items - we will notify you via email the approximate delivery time.
Shipping Methods:
Due to the sizes of pet beds/furniture, most orders will ship via UPS Ground. For smaller pet beds, we may be able to ship via USPS Priority if the actual carrier rate is reasonable.
Returns: If our product does not meet your expectations, please call us within 5 days to obtain an authorization number for the return. The merchandise must be in its original packaging and unused to be considered for a full store credit or exchange. Shipping and handling is not refundable. We reserve the right to determine whether the item has been used or washed. All bed/furniture return orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
